Fun Bus Refund Policy

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

Individual Fun Bus tickets are not refundable once deposited or purchased. Refunds will be issued ONLY if Creative Coach Company cancels the trip due to limited interest, or if the event promoter cancels a ticketed event and it can not be rescheduled. All individual tickets are fully transferable or re-saleable. In the event of a medical or other emergency, with proper notification, Creative Coach staff will attempt to transfer tickets to customers on the waiting list. Refunds will be issued only after a full transfer has been made. Transfers are performed at no cost, but are not guaranteed.

GROUP/PRIVATE CHARTERS

Motorcoaches or dates for private groups will not be guaranteed without 50% deposit and a signed contract. 50% of the total trip and a signed contract is due within 10 days of contract receipt. All but 10% of the total trip is refundable up to 30 days before departure. The cost of event admission tickets purchased on behalf of the group is not refundable.  The tickets will be forwarded to the co-ordinator of the group in the event of a cancellation. The balance of the trip is due 30 days prior to departure. There are NO REFUNDS for any cancellations less than 30 days before departure.
