The Fun Bus Fleet
Our diverse fleet includes 54-passenger Deluxe Motor Coaches, 14-passenger Sprinter Vans and Mini Buses, 44-passenger Activity Buses, 30-passenger vintage-inspired Trolleys, and ADA-compliant 4/5/6-passenger vehicles. ​​​​
Our Vehicles
Motor Coach
Our 54-passenger motor coaches are designed for comfort and convenience, featuring reclining seats, air conditioning, and onboard audio/video with DVD capability. To keep passengers connected and entertained, the coaches also offer complimentary WiFi, Bluetooth, and USB power outlets at every seat. Each coach includes a restroom for added comfort during long trips, and a wheelchair lift is available with prior arrangement to ensure accessibility for all travelers.
Activity Bus
Our 44-passenger activity bus is fully equipped with comfortable coach seating, air conditioning, and an Aux port for music and entertainment. Ideal for shorter trips under 100 miles, this vehicle is perfect for festival shuttles, parking lot shuttles, and school outings, trips to and from outdoor adventure, offering a convenient and reliable transportation solution for you group.
Trolley
Our 30-passenger trolleys are a perfect choice for weddings and special events—your photographer will love the authentic look and charm! Featuring classic oak bench seats, brass handrails, and modern comforts, these trolleys combine vintage style with convenience. They are also equipped with AM/FM, CD, MP3, and Bluetooth to keep the atmosphere lively. For added accessibility, a wheelchair lift can be arranged in advance. To make your event even more personalized, complimentary signage is available upon request.
Sprinter Van
Our 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van offers both comfort and style, making it an excellent choice for any group. Designed with coach-style seating complete with seat belts, it also features a 4-passenger table seating area for added convenience. Passengers can enjoy rear luggage storage, entertainment options including audio CD, USB, memory card, and a flat-screen monitor with DVD player, as well as complimentary WiFi, USB, and DC chargers. The van is fully air-conditioned and heated, with stadium seating and a skylight that enhances the travel experience.
Mini Coach
Our 14-passenger Mini Coach is a comfortable and reliable option for small group travel, offering coach-style seating with seat belts for safety. Passengers can enjoy onboard entertainment with audio CD, USB, and memory card options, along with a flat-screen monitor and DVD player. To ensure a pleasant ride in any season, the coach is fully air-conditioned and heated.
Mini Bus
Our 14-passenger Mini Bus provides a convenient and comfortable way to travel, featuring coach-style seating with seat belts and rear luggage storage for added space. Passengers can stay connected with complimentary WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen monitor with DVD player. To ensure comfort in any weather, the mini bus is fully air-conditioned and heated.
Mini Vans and SUVs
Our mini vans and SUVs offer versatile transportation with seating for up to six passengers and convenient rear luggage storage. Designed for comfort in any season, they are fully air-conditioned and heated. Entertainment options include AM/FM radio, CD, MP3, and DVD capabilities, while wheelchair-accessible vehicles are also available upon request to ensure accessibility for all travelers.
MV-1 Wheelchair Vehicle
Our MV-1 Wheelchair Vehicle is designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, offering seating for up to four passengers along with space for one wheelchair. It features a convenient power ramp for easy side loading, making boarding simple and safe. Passengers can enjoy a comfortable ride in any season with full air conditioning and heating, as well as entertainment through AM/FM radio, CD, MP3, and Bluetooth
Safety Is The Top Priority at Fun Bus
At Fun Bus, we take safety very seriously! We're dedicated to keeping every passenger safe, prepared, and in good hands every mile of the way, because peace of mind makes the ride even more fun. Every Fun Bus team member has undergone rigorous training in CPR and basic first aid, and all Fun Bus drivers are trained wheelchair transport. Prospective drivers must take a pre-employment drug screen and active drivers are subject to random drug-testing within our company program. Fun Bus Refund Policy
Do you need Travel Insurance?​
FUN BUS packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you think there is a chance you may be unable to travel due to illness, medical emergency, death, loss of job or inclement weather, there are various coverages available to protect your travel investment. Coverage options can include trip interruption, national emergency or political and security evacuations. Baggage and personal effects (lost, stolen or damaged) can also be covered. Cost varies depending on age, trip costs and coverage selected. Travel insurance may be purchased through Fun Bus affiliate Roam Right or AAA (members only).

Individual Tickets​
Individual Fun Bus vacation packages are not refundable once deposited or purchased. Refunds will be issued ONLY if Creative Coach Company cancels the trip due to limited interest, or if the event promoter cancels a ticketed event and it is not rescheduled. When possible, funds are returned in the same manner as the original payment was made. Fun Bus gift cards are non-refundable. In the event of a medical or other personal emergency, and with proper notification, Creative Coach staff will attempt to transfer tickets to customers on the waiting list. Refunds will be issued after a full transfer has been made. Transfers are performed at no cost, but are not guaranteed. All individual tickets are fully transferable to a substitute passenger or can be resold to others. Funds cannot be transferred from “trip-to-trip” or “date-to-date”.

Group/Private Charters​
Motor coach charter or travel dates for private groups are not considered to be guaranteed until receipt of 50% deposit and a signed contract. The deposit and signed contract are due within 10 days of contract receipt. Event tickets and/or hotel reservations cannot be secured until the deposit is received. The balance of the trip is due 30 days prior to departure. In the event of a cancellation, all but 10% of the total trip is refundable up to 30 days before departure. There are NO REFUNDS for any cancellations less than 30 days before departure. The cost of event admission tickets purchased on behalf of the group is not refundable. The tickets will be forwarded to the coordinator of the group in the event of a cancellation. Fun Bus gift cards are NON REFUNDABLE.

Winter Weather Travel Policy​
If we have a ticketed event scheduled, we will always go unless the event itself is cancelled. If there is a general “Level 3” weather emergency declared and we elect not to travel due to weather or national emergency (such as Sept. 11) to a casino or other non-ticketed destination, it is considered a postponement and you can either transfer to any similar trip or request a refund.
Expect that the Fun Bus will travel unless you are contacted by phone on the morning of departure.
In addition, we DO NOT CALL unless there is an actual cancellation or postponement. We never cancel based on weather forecast-only on an actual occurrence. A final decision on any trip is not made until the morning of that trip. We have an attendant available at 6am to make calls to the affected customers. We also do not offer refunds or transfers due to a personal decision not to travel.a
