Fun Bus Office Support Staff
Full Time Dispatcher
Pay:
From $18.00+ per hour (pay to reflect experience, skill level and work history)
Job description:
This individual oversees the scheduling and dispatching of contract and TAXI transportation for the Fun Bus. Successful candidate will review emails and field phone calls to prepare TAXI schedule and communicate costs directly with customers. The Dispatcher must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook to create driver schedules and meet scheduling needs. This person must be dependable and efficient to perform this job.
Hours:
M-F 9:30am-6pm
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma/GED preferred
Competence in Microsoft applications (Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
Strong knowledge of the geography throughout the immediate area
Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
Phone skills - professional
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
Excellent problem-solver
Capable of multitasking
Even-tempered and able to able to process high stress situations
Proper use of English language, including grammar
Ability to communicate through text, phone and email
Responsibilities & Duties:
Be the point of contact for customers in need of Taxi service
Dispatch Taxi service and communicate with drivers throughout the day via phone and text
Collaborate with co-workers to modify daily driver schedules as needed
Be part of our culture cultivating strong relationships with drivers and customers
Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and communicate to drivers to establish new routes for timely and safe transport of passengers
Assign driver/vehicle to schedule
Maintain professional communications with contract person of contact
Complete monthly safety module
Prepare and submit daily transportation reports
Track all transports and prepare and submit weekly billing reports

Fun Bus Drivers
CDL Drivers with Passenger Endorsement
We are seeking qualified, full and part time CDL drivers! Are you looking for an adventure that pays you on the go “literally?” Do you love sharing experiences with people and providing safe and exceptional transportation? Our full time positions qualify for added benefits such as Health/Dental/Vision insurance, included admissions and meals while driving for Fun Bus adventures. If you have your CDL and have other obligations during the week, Fun Bus will work around your schedule! Why not apply for a PT position to earn extra money on your available weekends!?! This is a perfect position for current or retired school bus drivers or semi truck drivers! Qualified candidates must be able to pass the DOT physical and drug screen.
Non-CDL Drivers
We are looking for qualified full and part time NON-CDL drivers! If you like driving as well as contributing to the community, you may be a fit for this position. Duties include transporting customers/clients through our taxi service and contracted providers while working flexible hours! Qualified candidates must be able to pass the DOT physical and drug screen!
Fun Bus Garage
Full Time Diesel and Gas Mechanics
Fun Bus mechanics are responsible for maintaining our level of commitment to safety and customer service through the maintenance and repair of the Fun Bus fleet of vehicles and company-owned equipment. The right individual for this job has 5+ years of experience as a mechanic, is knowledgeable about Department of Transportation standards, and has flexibility in their schedule to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. ASE Certification is highly desired.
Salary commensurate with experience. Full time employment is eligible for full benefits, travel discounts, PTO and holiday pay.
