Today, the system behind our online store unexpectedly crashed for about an hour. While situations like this are rare, they do happen. Because we also provide the option to call in and make reservations, our customers weren’t left stranded or frustrated. Instead, they were able to pick up the phone, speak with our team, and continue booking their trips without interruption.


That’s exactly why we’ve never relied solely on automation.


At Fun Bus, we truly love interacting with our customers.
